Work/Career

Hired by Eastman Kodak as an Automatic Equipment Mechanic because of my Automotive Tech Degree. Worked in the Quality Control division starting in maintenance, and then in engineering. Downsized in 1995 and retired shortly after that having reached more than 30 years of service.

Next I worked with a good friend in his wood shop doing kitchen design, custom cabinetry and installations and anything else that intrigued my friend Mike.

Asked by the town of Riga to run for Highway Superintendent and did this for 5 years.

Now It is back to working in my own wood shop mostly family projects.

Special Interests and/or Leisure Time Activities

Active Lions Club member, held most offices including District Governor. Presently I am president of the New York State and Bermuda Lions Foundation. Habitat for Humanity (Care-a-Vanner)- Nancy and I do several two weeks build in the south during the winter. Travel in a 30 ft. 5th wheel in the winter and still doing some tent camping with the family in the summer. Fishing, biking and wood working keep me active.

Message to Classmates

Good memories of a great group.
